摘要:
不同于地面建筑空间与周边环境的便捷联系，地下空间主要通过地面或地下连通空间与城市产生联系，不利于其公共化和活力提升。反映到商业空间活力上，地下商业空间普遍低于地上商业空间。针对此问题，尝试探讨地上地下一体化设计对城市综合体地下商业空间活力的影响及促进作用。通过现场调研和软件模拟分析的方法，从空间和环境行为学两个层面，探析地上地下一体化设计模式下城市综合体地下商业空间活力的影响因素。基于对苏宁广场地下商业空间的系统分析，分别从业态类型选择、空间布局和设计、消费者体验、管理和服务等方面提出城市综合体地下商业空间活力优化建议，为实现从地上地下一体化设计视角提升城市综合体地下商业空间活力提供指导和参考。
Abstract:
Different from the convenient connection between the ground building space and the surrounding environment, the underground space is mainly connected with the city through the ground or underground connected space, which is not conducive to the publicity and vitality of the underground space. Reflecting the vitality of commercial spaces, underground commercial spaces are generally lower than above ground commercial spaces. In response to this issue, an attempt is made to explore the impact and and promote the effect of integrated aboveground and underground design on the vitality of underground commercial spaces. This article uses on-site research and software simulation analysis methods to explore the influencing factors of underground commercial space vitality under the integrated design mode of above ground and underground from the perspectives of spatial and environmental behavior. Finally, based on a systematic analysis of the underground commercial space of Suning Plaza, suggestions for optimizing the vitality of underground commercial space are proposed from the aspects of business type selection, spatial layout and design, consumer experience, management, and service, providing guidance and reference for enhancing the vitality of underground commercial space from the perspective of integrated design of above ground and underground.
