摘要:
研究人口变化和空间分布对于促进以义乌为代表的商贸型城市发展具有重要意义。基于第六、第七次人口普查和高德地图POI数据，使用核密度分析、标准差椭圆与可达性分析等方法，探究义乌市人口变化的主要特征与空间分布格局，分析其与商业市场发展的内在关联性。结果表明：（1）近10年来义乌人口总量增长迅速，以中心城区最为显著。（2）外来劳动力成为人口增长的主要原因，流入人口向义中和义东北地区集聚，使得人口年龄结构趋于年轻化，人口素质不断改善。（3）义乌市人口密度较大，呈现由核心向外围逐渐递减的环状分布格局。（4）人口分布空间集聚性加强，其中，中心城区内部人口分布越来越均匀，而非中心城区趋于集中；人口分布方向并未发生明显改变，但重心向西北方向迁移。（5）义乌商业市场可达性较高，线性拟合结果表明商业市场发展与人口变化存在一致性。在此基础上，提出了相应的政策建议。
Abstract:
The study of population change and spatial distribution is of great significance to promote the development of commercial cities represented by Yiwu. Based on the POI data of the sixth and seventh population censuses and Gaode maps, this paper uses kernel density analysis, standard deviation ellipse and accessibility analysis to explore the main characteristics and spatial distribution patterns of population changes in Yiwu, and analyze their intrinsic correlation with the development of the commercial market. The results show that: ① In the past 10 years, the total population of Yiwu has grown rapidly, with the central urban area being the most significant. ② The foreign labor force has become the main reason for population growth, and the inflow population has concentrated in central and northeastern Yi, making the age of the population younger and the quality of the population improving. ③ Yiwu has a large population density, showing a circular distribution pattern that gradually decreases from the core to the periphery. ④ The spatial agglomeration of population distribution has been strengthened, among which the population distribution within the central urban area becomes more and more uniform, while the non-central urban area tends to be concentrated; The direction of population distribution has not changed significantly, but the center of gravity has shifted to the northwest. ⑤ Yiwu commercial market accessibility is high, and the linear fitting results show that there is consistency between commercial market development and population change. On this basis, corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
