摘要:: 地处福建中部的青水畲族乡有着漫长的历史和多元的文化底蕴，为探寻文化表象背后的演化规律，引入文化基因理论对其进行研究。首先对相关文献进行关键词筛查总结出基因表达路径，并根据其作用和存在形式分类，借鉴反转录的基因工程技术和景观基因提取方法，对青水乡进行基因提取和文化基因图谱建构。继而分析在三种突变、重组机制下其显性文化基因与隐性文化基因发生的转化及结果。最后解析传统村落演变过程与自然、人文因素的内在关系，挖掘其在现代化建设过程中暴露出的问题，以期为青水乡传统村落的保护与传承提供一定的理论支持。

Abstract:: Qingshui She Traditional Village in central Fujian has a long history and diverse cultural heritage.This paper introduces the theory of Cultural Gene theory to explore the evolution law behind its material representation.Firstly, establish framework through keyword screening and classified basis on its function,then gene extraction and cultural gene map construction were carried out in Qingshui by using reverse transcription gene engineering technology and landscape gene extraction method for reference.Then it analyzes the transformation and results of dominant and recessive cultural genes under three mutation and recombination mechanisms, and discovers the internal relationship between the evolution process of traditional villages with natural and human factors, in order to provide some theoretical support for the protection and inheritance of Qingshui township in modernization.
