基于步行、骑行这两种交通方式,运用GIS网络分析法,系统研究了新沂市中心城区公园绿地的可达性特征,并进一步对不同等级公园绿地的可达性情况进行了综合量化分析。研究结果表明:在15 min的出行时间内,步行与骑行这两种交通方式下公园绿地的可达面积比分别为36.45%和69.52%,可达居住用地比为57.67%和88.72%,相对于步行来说骑行的服务面积有了较大的提升,但仍在一些区域存在服务盲区。对于不同等级的公园绿地而言,社区公园由于数量少、分布不均等因素,在步行15 min范围内可达面积比仅为4.33%。从总体来看,研究区域内公园绿地总量较多,但空间分布上并不均衡,不同等级公园绿地数量与空间布局都存在较大的差异。针对当前存在的问题,提出精准供给、水脉梳理、沿路筑绿等优化建议,旨在优化新沂市中心城区公园绿地的空间布局,进一步提升公园绿地的可达性,并为其他同类城市提供参考借鉴。
Abstract:
This study is based on two modes of transportation,walking and cycling, and uses GIS network analysis to systematically study the accessibility characteristics of parks and green spaces in the central urban area of Xinyi City. Furthermore, a comprehensive quantitative analysis of the accessibility of different levels of parks and green spaces is conducted.The research results show that within a travel time of 15 minutes, the reachable area ratios of parks and green spaces under walking and cycling are 36.45% and 69.52%, respectively, and the reachable residential land ratios are 57.67% and 88.72%. Compared with walking, cycling has significantly improved the service area, but there are still service blind spots in some areas. For parks and green spaces of different levels, community parks, due to their small number and uneven distribution, can only reach an area ratio of 4.33% within a 15 minute walk. Overall, there are a large number of parks and green spaces in the study area, but their spatial distribution is uneven. There are significant differences in the number and spatial layout of parks and green spaces at different levels. In response to existing challenges, this study proposes targeted optimization strategies including precision green space allocation, water system integration, and roadside greenway development, aiming to optimize the spatial layout of urban parks and green spaces while enhancing their accessibility. The findings provide a transferable framework for park green space planning in other cities with similar characteristics, contributing to equitable urban ecological infrastructure development.
