作为城市空间架构的核心要素,城市中轴线两侧的形态更新与效能提升会对城市可持续发展产生重要的推动作用。重点探讨中轴线区域空间形态更新的多元方法,试图建立功能提升与空间重塑的联动关系,着力解决城市中轴线两侧存在的用地矛盾与效能失调现象。借助空间形态解析与实证案例等,系统剖析中轴线区域用地矛盾的形成机制与具体特征,总结出兼顾传承与发展的实施方法。相关分析表明,空间重塑与功能升级的有机结合既能缓解用地紧张状况,又可增强城市空间使用效能。这些发现为中轴线区域后续发展的持续性提供了理论基础与操作指引。
Abstract:
As a core element of urban spatial architecture, the form renewal and efficiency improvement on both sides of the urban central axis will play an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the city. This article focuses on exploring multiple methods for updating the spatial form of the central axis region, attempting to establish a linkage between functional improvement and spatial reshaping, and striving to solve the land use contradictions and efficiency imbalances that exist in modern urban construction. Using spatial form analysis and empirical cases, this paper systematically analyzes the formation mechanism and specific characteristics of land use contradictions in the central axis area, and summarizes the implementation methods that balance inheritance and development. Relevant analysis shows that the organic combination of spatial reshaping and functional upgrading can not only alleviate land scarcity, but also enhance the efficiency of urban spatial use; these findings provide a theoretical basis and operational guidance for the sustainability of the subsequent development of the central axis region.
