欧洲针对建成遗产保护的理论与实践在过去几个世纪内经历了重要转型，体现为：遗产类型从古迹遗址和历史建筑拓展至包括村落城镇和文化景观在内的多类型、多尺度不可移动文物；保护目标从修复毁物转变为保存原物，再发展为保护存物与适应性改造并举；干预对象从只针对遗产单体，转而同时关注遗产及其依存的人文和物质环境。在中国国土空间规划改革与构建城乡历史文化保护传承体系的背景下，对欧洲从遗产本体保护到建成环境优化的理论创新与实践探索进行全面回顾，为统筹遗产保护与城乡发展、实现文化遗产保护与活化利用、促进建成遗产预防性保护和科学化保护提供启示。
Abstract:
Recent centuries have witnessed the critical evolution in theory and in practice on built heritage conservation in Europe. The definition of heritage extends from historic buildings, monuments and sites to various immovable cultural heritage subgroups in different types and scales, as a collective term for historical villages, towns and cultural landscapes, etc. The target starts from repairing the damaged parts, followed by preserving the original remains, and turns into the concurrence of conservation and adaptive reuse of existing heritage. The intervention objects shift from dealing with the heritage-in-itself to concerning about the cultural and physical environments. In the context of spatial planning and urban-rural cultural heritage conservation system reforming in China, this comprehensive overview on the theoretical and practical transitions from "built heritage conservation" to "built environment optimization" in Europe can provide insights for the coordination of heritage conservation and urban-rural development, the conservation and revitalization of cultural heritage, and the preventive and scientific heritage conservation.
