摘要:: 加强当代重要建设成果的保护传承，是党中央、国务院对新时期名城保护传承工作提出的新要求。作为见证中华人民共和国成立与发展历程的重要载体，城市型工业遗产也是保护与发展的矛盾焦点。以整体、综合的规划思维探索遗产保护传承策略，具有重要的理论和实践意义。以洛阳市涧西区为例，针对当前保护工作中存在的突出问题，提出梳理全要素保护对象、构建多层次空间体系、融入现当代城市生活等策略，并针对工业遗产保护传承工作提出工作建议。

Abstract:: Strengthening the conservation and inheritance of major contemporary construction achievements is a new requirement put forward by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for the conservation of historic and cultural cities in the new era. As an important carrier witnessing the establishment and development of the People’s Republic of China, urban industrial heritage is often the focus of contradictions between protection and development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the conservation and inheritance strategies of this type of heritage through holistic and comprehensive planning approaches. Taking Jianxi District of Luoyang City as an example, the article addresses the key issues in current protection efforts, and proposes the following strategies: identifying and classifying protected elements, constructing a multi-level spatial framework, and integrating into modern and contemporary urban life. Finally, the article provides suggestions for the next steps in the protection and inheritance of industrial heritage.
