摘要:
传统民居保护更新是古城历史地段提质发展的核心内容。多主体视角下的空间品质评价和提升是综合多元力量参与传统民居物质空间更新的有效路径。以苏州平江九巷传统民居为实证对象,梳理空间现状要素与主体感知特征,构建多主体介入的苏州传统民居空间品质评价体系,展开“重要度—差异性—满意度”耦合评价与结果分析。聚焦物理环境、空间功能、风貌界面、结构构件等维度,提出针对空间品质的提升策略,并为样本民居肖家巷42号、菉葭巷59号提供改造方案建议,助推历史地段民居空间的活态保护与可持续发展。
Abstract:
The protection and renovation of traditional dwellings are crucial for enhancing the quality and development of historic areas. Evaluating spatial quality from a multi-agent perspective plays a significance role in integrating various forces in the material space renovation of traditional dwellings. The research takes the traditional residences in Pingjiang Nine Alleys in Suzhou City as a case study to analyze spatial elements and perception characteristics which establishes a multi-agent evaluation system for assessing the spatial quality of traditional residences, conducting a coupled analysis of the ’Importance-Difference- Satisfaction’ framework. By focusing on the physical environment, spatial functions, aesthetic interfaces, and structural components, it proposes targeted strategies aimed at enhancing spatial quality which provides renovation suggestions for residences located at No. 42 Xiaojia Alley and No. 59 Lujia Alley, thereby supporting the dynamic conservation and sustainable development of historic residential spaces.
