随着体验经济的兴起,商业综合体作为现代城市的重要名片,其空间品质与体验构建在城市建设中扮演着越来越重要的角色。其中,户外步行活动空间作为商业空间的延伸,直接影响着商业综合体的对外形象和活动体验。研究选取沪宁地区典型的商业综合体样本,从使用者体验的角度切入其空间营造,基于“空间-体验”的互动进行户外步行活动空间品质评价分析,主客观相结合对各影响因子进行绩效讨论,为商业综合体户外步行活动空间的品质优化提供思路与路径。首先,通过词频筛选方法构建户外活动空间品质的三级评价体系;其次,采集空间数据以进行客观分析,与使用者主观满意度评分进行比对分析;最后,利用绩效分析法梳理各影响因子的改进优先级,并提出相应的优化策略。

With the rise of the experience economy, commercial complexes, as important business cards of modern cities, play an increasingly important role in urban construction in terms of spatial quality and experience construction. Among them, outdoor pedestrian activity spaces, as an extension of commercial spaces, directly affect the external image and activity experience of commercial complexes. The study selects typical commercial complex samples in the Hu-Ning area, starting from the perspective of user experience in spatial construction, and establishes a quality evaluation and analysis of outdoor pedestrian activity spaces based on the "space-experience" interaction. It combines subjective and objective factors to discuss the performance of each influencing factor, providing ideas and paths for the quality optimization of outdoor pedestrian activity spaces in commercial complexes. First, a three-level evaluation system for outdoor activity space quality is constructed through word frequency screening methods; second, spatial data is collected for objective analysis and compared with user subjective satisfaction scores; finally, performance analysis is used to sort out the improvement priorities of each influencing factor and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.
