摘要:
在快速城镇化背景下，传统粗放的老城扩张与改造方式重经济而轻文化，破坏城市文脉，造成城市空间特色衰退，趋同性严重。随着我国城市进入高质量发展的新阶段，保护延续城市文脉、突出城市特色成为现阶段城市更新的重要课题。城市魅力空间与城市文化密切关联，实现魅力空间文化传承与空间更新的协同尤为关键。引入文化生态学理论，系统梳理魅力空间的内涵，构建基于文化生态学的城市魅力空间更新方法，并以天津市中心城区为例，构建魅力空间更新框架，从整体层面与要素层面提出更新策略，为城市魅力空间的更新提供新的方法路径。
Abstract:
In the context of rapid urbanization, the traditional and extensive expansion and renovation of old cities prioritize economy over culture, damaging the urban context and causing a decline in urban spatial characteristics, resulting in serious homogenization. As China’s cities enter a new stage of high-quality development, protecting and continuing the urban context and highlighting urban characteristics have become an important issue in current urban renewal. The charm of urban spaces is closely related to urban culture, and achieving synergy between cultural inheritance and spatial renewal of charm spaces is particularly crucial. Introducing the theory of cultural ecology, systematically sorting out the connotation of charm space, constructing a method for updating urban charm spaces based on cultural ecology, and taking the central urban area of Tianjin as an example, the author attempts to construct a framework for updating charm spaces, proposes update strategies from both the overall and element levels, and provide a new method path for updating urban charm spaces.
