随着滇越铁路的逐步停运,滇越铁路逐渐从一条活跃的交通线路转变为具有重要历史文化价值的铁路遗产。以往对滇越铁路的研究更注重对铁路遗产进行保护而往往忽略了铁路遗产与周边乡村聚落的联系。选取综合条件较好的滇越铁路昆明至宜良段13个乡村站点和县级行政辖区内的乡村聚落为研究对象,首先通过实地调研建立站点本体价值评价体系,运用层次分析法评价得出13个乡村站点本体价值,其次调用百度API运算站点周边乡村聚落驾车至站点的相关信息并建立OD矩阵,比较计算得出滇越铁路昆明至宜良段开通后站点周边具有影响优势的乡村聚落数量,用熵权法计算站点乡村聚落数量权重,最后比较站点本体价值权重—优势乡村聚落数量权重的相关关系。结果表明,滇越铁路的停运导致站点与乡村聚落的发展存在不平衡的状态,从而提出乡村站点活化利用优化策略、沿线乡村聚落发展建议,为铁路遗产的再利用和铁路遗产沿线乡村聚落发展提供借鉴意义。
Abstract:
With gradual suspension, Yunnan Vietnam Railway has gradually transformed from an active transportation route into a railway heritage with significant historical and cultural value. In previous studies on Yunnan Vietnam Railway, more emphasis was placed on the protection of railway heritage, often neglecting the connection between railway heritage and surrounding settlements. This article selects 13 rural stations and rural settlements within the county-level administrative jurisdiction of the Kunming Yiliang section of Yunnan Vietnam Railway with good comprehensive conditions as the research object. Firstly, a station ontology value evaluation system is established through field research, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the ontology value of 13 rural stations. Secondly, the Baidu API is called to calculate the relevant information of surrounding settlements driving to the station and establish an O-D matrix. The number of rural settlements with influence advantages around the station after the Kunming Yiliang section of Yunnan Vietnam Railway is opened is compared and calculated, and the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the number of station settlements; Finally, the correlation between the value weight of the site ontology and the weight of the number of advantageous settlements is compared. The results indicate that the suspension of Yunnan Vietnam Railway has led to an imbalance in the development of stations and settlements. Therefore, optimization strategies for the revitalization and utilization of rural stations and suggestions for the development of settlements along the railway are proposed, providing reference for the reuse of railway heritage and the development of settlements along the railway heritage.
