摘要:
历史文化街区文脉传承和活化利用关系民生福祉，是促进历史文化街区保护、传承和发展的重要路径。在快速城市化的背景下，历史文化街区不仅需要物质层面的保护，而且需要深入挖掘文脉价值，提出以文脉传承为目标的活化策略。基于此，以文脉主义理论为基础，以汕头小公园历史文化街区为案例，通过史料挖掘、现状调研等研究方法，总结文脉特征，剖析现状历史文化街区的文脉危机，针对性地提出一系列历史文化街区活化策略，具体包括传承地域文化、保护风貌格局、打造文化地标和塑造创意氛围4个方面，并将策略应用于汕头小公园历史文化街区活化的具体实践中，保证历史文化街区活化实施项目可持续推进。
Abstract:
The inheritance and activation of the cultural context of historical and cultural blocks is related to the well-being of people’s livelihood, and is an important path to the promotion of the protection, inheritance and development of historical and cultural districts. In the context of rapid urbanization, historical and cultural districts not only require material protection, but also require in-depth exploration of cultural values and proposing activation strategies with the goal of cultural heritage. This preservation approach may not align well with the evolving needs of urban development. Based on the theory of contextualism and using Shantou Small Park as a case study, this research proposes a series of strategies for the revitalization of historical and cultural districts. These strategies include focusing on the overall pattern, preserving cultural features, constructing cultural landmarks, and cultivating a contextual atmosphere. The study applies these strategies to specific practices, ensuring the sustainable advancement of the historical and cultural district revitalization project.
