摘要:
建设健康社区是健康中国战略的关键内容。基于规划学视角，运用CiteSpace对1990—2022年以来的健康社区研究成果进行分析，结果发现：健康社区概念内涵不断延展，由最初强调物质空间健康转变为兼顾社区公众参与、权益正义及绿色共享。通过聚类分析、热点提取发现，30余年来研究主题逐步聚焦，主要关注健康社区中的治理机制、评价体系、防灾应对与韧性发展3个维度，并对此作出评述。进而基于研究现状结合当前现实需求提出：未来应不断优化健康社区的评价体系，提升其指标的系统性、全面性和针对性。同时关注健康社区行为主体与文化认同对其发展影响的相关问题。最后，应在特定时代背景下聚焦健康社区发展新动向、新问题，强化与社区生活圈的关联性研究，以此为各地健康社区更新规划提供新思路。
Abstract:
Building healthy communities is the key content of healthy China strategy. Based on the perspective of planning science, CiteSpace is used to analyze the research results of healthy community from 1990 to 2022. The results show that the concept of healthy communities has been expanding, from the initial emphasis on physical space health to the consideration of community public participation, rights and interests justice and green sharing, and the connotation of healthy community has been extended in combination with the development requirements in the new era. Through cluster analysis and hot spot extraction, it is found that the research themes have gradually focused in the past 30 years, mainly focusing on three dimensions of governance mechanism, evaluation system, disaster prevention response and resilience development in healthy communities, and making comments on them. Based on the current research situation and the current practical needs, it is proposed that the evaluation system of healthy communities should be continuously optimized in the future, and the system, comprehensiveness and pertinence of its indicators should be improved. At the same time, this paper pays attention to the related issues of the influence of the actors and the effect of cultural identity on the development of healthy communities. Finally, we should focus on the new trends and new problems in the development of healthy communities and strengthen the research on the correlation with community life circle, so as to provide new ideas for the renewal planning of local healthy communities.
