当前工业遗产研究侧重于自下而上的单体保护利用模式，不足以回应数量众多，且在历史、产业、文化等方面紧密相关的城市工业遗产群整体性保护发展问题。从关联性视角和工业遗产群层面开展研究，可为城市工业遗产研究提供更为宏观和整体的理论实践框架。对作为名词概念和保护思路的工业遗产群内涵进行阐述，建立起5大类8小类内部关联特征识别方法。再以南京工业遗产群为研究对象，在对其整体特征、保护利用现状认知与反思基础之上，提出空间关联构建、价值叙事关联构建、遗产整合联动、融入区域背景的保护发展策略，以期探讨自上而下、内外关联的保护发展新思路，拓宽工业遗产“整体性”保护涵义。
Abstract:
Current industrial heritage research primarily focuses on a bottom-up approach to individual protection and utilization, which is insufficient to address the integrated conservation and development challenges of numerous urban industrial heritages that are closely interconnected in terms of history, industry and culture. Conducting research from a relational perspective and at the level of industrial heritage clusters can provide a more macro and integrated theoretical and practical framework for the study of urban industrial heritage. This paper elucidates the connotations of industrial heritage clusters as a noun and a conservation thought, and establishes a method for identifying 5 major categories and 8 subcategories of inherent relational characteristics. Taking the Nanjing industrial heritage cluster as the research subject, the paper proposes strategies for spatial correlation construction, value narrative correlation construction, heritage integration linkage, and integration into the regional context, based on an analysis of its overall characteristics, current state of protection and utilization, and reflective considerations. The aim is to explore a new top-down and internally and externally relational approach to protection and development, thereby broadening the connotations of "integrity" in the protection of industrial heritage.
