摘要:
随着我国进入城市高质量发展的新时期，保护和延续城市文脉成为城市更新的重要课题。尤其对于历史城区，如何在物质形态的有机更新之外，实现文化生态的活力演进和整体复兴更为关键。引入文化生态学理论，以沈阳市南七马路地区为例，深入分析该地区城市文化的演化动力、基因特质和空间构成，针对性提出“四生”空间有序融合的城市更新规划策略，保护和延续历史城区文化脉络，真正实现有机更新和活力复兴。
Abstract:
As China enters the new era of high-quality urban development, protecting and extending the urban context has become an important proposition for urban renewal. Especially for historical urban areas, it is crucial to achieve the dynamic evolution and overall revitalization of cultural ecology beyond the organic renewal of substance. This paper introduces cultural ecology theory to deeply analyze the evolutionary dynamics, characteristic, and spatial composition of the Nanqi Road area in Shenyang, and puts forward the urban renewal planning methods of orderly integration of the "four living" spaces to protect and extend the context of the historic urban area, so as to truly realize organic renewal and the revitalization .
