摘要:: 历史文化街区的保护活化对于传承城市历史记忆、提升城市形象、增强市民凝聚力、促进城市可持续发展具有重要意义。然而，现有研究存在研究视角单一、理论框架缺失、评价方法粗放、治理机制不完善等问题，难以实现街区精细化更新。因此，引入场景理论，针对老城区中常见的连片历史文化街区，创新性地从“评估—治理”模式出发，提出“场景评估—场景规划—系统治理”保护活化思路，识别街区及周边功能一体化区域在场景退化及坍塌方面的具体表象和症结根源，探索系统性治理手段并建立支撑机制。研究聚焦广州荔湾老城区连片历史文化街区：（1）提出“基础要素+现状成效”评估方法，将连片历史文化街区视作多元场景的组合体，多维度综合评估现状，全方位、科学客观地评估实际问题；（2）运用场景理论，聚焦多元场景培育，提出多维度改造治理策略，探索保护活化的治理手段和实施路径。

Abstract:: The protection and revitalization of historical and cultural areas is of great significance for the inheritance of urban historical memory, the enhancement of urban image, the improvement of civic cohesion and the sustainable development of cities. However, existing studies have problems such as single research perspective, missing theoretical framework, rough evaluation method, and imperfect governance mechanism, which make it difficult to realize the fine renewal of the areas.Therefore, this paper innovatively constructs the protection and revitalization idea of "scene analysis and assessment-scene planning-systematic governance"from the "assessment-governance" model, accurately identifies the specific symptoms of scene degradation and the collapse of the areas and the surrounding functionally integrated areas, and establishes a systematic governance support mechanism. The study focuses on the contiguous historical and cultural areas in Liwan Old Town: (1) The assessment method of "basic elements + current status effect" is constructed, and the contiguous areas are regarded as a combination of multiple scenes. The situation of areas is comprehensively evaluated from multiple dimensions, so as to make an all-rounded, objective and scientific assessment; (2) By using scene and focusing on the cultivation of multiple scenes, we propose a multi-dimensional transformation strategy, and put forward the governance tools and implementation paths.
