摘要:
绿色治理是当代生态文明与城市可持续发展的重要内容。资源型城市绿色转型需要摆脱传统路径依赖，强化全方位创新驱动，整合制度、市场、社会、技术等要素，推进城市空间科学规划与协同能力建设。江苏徐州市建设国家可持续发展议程创新示范区，在城市转型实践中探索经济增长、生活服务与生态修复层面的全面绿色转型，着力推进经济产业清洁化、社会生活绿色化、生态治理系统化的政策创新行动，较好实现了治理效能与民生保障互嵌的统筹增进。当代城市绿色转型探索，要立足可持续发展战略导向和更为广泛的绿色城市建设目标，科学谋划并因地制宜推动治理创新实践。
Abstract:
Green governance is an important element of contemporary ecological civilization and sustainable urban development. The green transformation of resource cities needs to get rid of the traditional path dependence, strengthen the all-round innovation, integrate and bring into play the market, society, technology and other factors, and promote the scientific planning of urban space as well as synergistic capacity building. Xuzhou, a city of Jiangsu Province, is aiming to build a national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zone, and promoting the practice of urban transformation to explore economic growth, living services and ecological restoration level of comprehensive green transformation. Also, it focuses on promoting economic and industrial cleanliness, social life greenization, ecological governance systematic policy innovation action, to better achieve the effectiveness of the governance and people’s livelihood protection of the interlocking integration of the enhancement. The path of green transformation of contemporary cities should suit urban measures to local conditions based on strategic orientation of sustainable development and the wider goal of green cities construction as well as scientifically planning and promoting innovative practices of governance.
