随着城市化的快速发展,车行交通主导下的城市街道活力下降,街道界面承担城市的认知功能,为街道空间的活力提供支持。以往研究多着眼于对单一研究对象街道界面指标的影响机制进行解读,对不同风貌下街道界面指标活力作用的差异分析涉及不多。由此,以苏州市姑苏区、工业园区两类典型风貌街区为研究对象开展对比分析研究。街道界面指标的选择基于城市形态、空间认知、环境行为3个视角,利用空间数据量化界面密度、绿视率、店面密度等指标;通过百度热力图测度人群聚集度(街道活力指标)。利用Pearson相关性及多元线性回归分析数据,发现高宽比、面宽比等指标在不同风貌下对街道活力水平的作用机制存在显著差异。据此,对街道界面设计与街道活力的提升提出具有可操作性的指引与建议,这对不同风貌街道的界面理论和设计实践均具有一定的促进与参考作用。

With the rapid development of urbanization, the vitality of urban streets dominated by vehicle traffic is declining. The street interface bears the cognitive function of the city and provides support for the vitality of street space. Most of the extant studies focused on the interpretation of the mechanisms of street interface indicators, while little research analyzed the differentiation of the influence mechanism of street interface indicators on vitality under different street styles. Therefore, this study takes Gusu District and Industrial Park in Suzhou as the research objects to carry out comparative analysis. The street interface indicators in this study are constructed from three perspectives of urban form, space cognition and environmental behavior. Spatial data is used to quantify the street interface indicators such as Interface Density, Green View Rate, Storefront Density and other street interface indicators. Street vitality index is characterized by the spatial-temporal aggregation degree of people measured by Baidu Thermal Map. Using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression method to analyze the data and comparing the results of street analysis between Gusu District and Industrial Park, the researchers find that there are significant differences in the mechanisms of the indicators such as Height-width Ratio (D/H) and the ratio of the storefront width to the street width. Finally, this study puts forward operable guidelines and suggestions for street interface design and street vitality promotion, which will contribute to the street interface theory and design practice of different types of streets.
