我国城市老旧住区存量大、问题多,存在诸多安全隐患。以突发紧急情况下人员行为规律和疏散效率为切入点,对郑州城区25个老旧住区进行实地调研,选取其中两个典型住区作为研究对象,利用现场实测和Building EXODUS对其户外环境中的人员应急疏散行为规律及效率进行模拟和数据分析。提出针对出入口配比、路网结构及其他户外环境要素的优化设计策略,优化后两个住区总疏散时间分别缩短140.10 s和249.35 s,疏散效率分别提升35.44%和46.10%。
Abstract:
There are large stocks of old urban residential areas in China with the problem of insufficient infrastructure construction which may contribute to potential safety hazards. Based on the behavior patterns and evacuation efficiency of personnel in sudden emergencies, 25 old residential areas in Zhengzhou urban area were investigated on the spot, and two typical residential areas were selected as the research objects. The rules of people’s evacuation behavior and efficiency in their outdoor environment were simulated and analyzed through field measurements and EXODUS. Optimization design strategies are proposed for entrance/exit ratio, road network structure and other outdoor environmental factors. After optimization, the total evacuation time of the two residential areas is shortened by 140.10s and 249.35s respectively, and the evacuation efficiency is increased by 35.44% and 46.10% respectively.
