摘要:
我国高度重视儿童成长，鼓励创建社会政策友好、公共服务友好、权利保障友好、成长空间友好的中国特色儿童友好城市。社区作为儿童生活的重要载体，在城市人居关系建构中有着重要作用。然而在空间碎片化、空间资源竞争激烈的背景下，山地城市社区“儿童空间权力诉求”与“社区空间”供需失衡问题日益凸显。因此，从山地城市社区空间出发，关注儿童在社区空间中的健康成长迫在眉睫。选择贵阳市南明区兴隆社区作为研究案例，构建山地城市社区儿童友好型评价指标体系，对兴隆社区4类功能空间进行评价，探讨山地城市社区空间儿童友好型策略，以期为山地城市社区空间儿童友好型设计提供参考。
Abstract:
China attaches great importance to children’s growth and encourages the creation of child-friendly cities with Chinese characteristics of friendly social policies, friendly public services, friendly rights protection and friendly growth space. As an important unit carrier of children’s life, community has an important role in the construction of urban habitat relationship. However, against the background of spatial fragmentation and fierce competition for spatial resources, the mismatch between "children’s spatial power demands" and "community space" in mountainous urban communities has become increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is urgent to pay attention to the healthy growth of children in community space from the perspective of mountainous urban community space. This paper selects Xinglong community in Nanming District of Guiyang City as a case study, constructs a child-friendly evaluation index system for mountainous urban communities, evaluates four types of functional spaces in Xinglong community, and discusses child-friendly strategies for mountainous urban community spaces in order to provide reference for child-friendly design of mountainous urban community spaces.
