摘要:
当前遗产地保护与发展面临的困境和挑战，规划与建筑领域无法独立解决，越来越需要公共管理、社会治理等更多专业共同参与。平遥古城是国家历史文化名城和世界文化遗产，经历了古城全面保护及近些年摸索后，当下正面临社会经济发展环境中遗产地保护与发展的困境和挑战。以平遥古城县衙片区作为研究对象，分析古城发展瓶颈，在此基础上结合平遥的历史文化保护和社区的发展需求，由问题引导发展策略，通过公众教育与公众参与等模式的探索，在低成本、微更新的保护理念下，实现历史文化遗产地的可持续自主更新。
Abstract:
At present, the difficulties and challenges faced by the protection and development of heritage sites can not be solved independently in the field of planning and architecture, but more and more professionals in public management and social governance need to participate in it. As a national historical and cultural city and world cultural heritage, Pingyao ancient city is facing difficulties and challenges in the protection and development of heritage sites in the current social and economic development environment after experiencing the comprehensive protection of the ancient city and the process of exploring the development stage in recent years. This paper takes the county Ya block of the ancient city of Pingyao as the research object, analyzes the bottleneck of the development of the ancient city, and then on this basis, combined with the historical and cultural protection of Pingyao and the development needs of the community, points to the development strategy from the problem, and realizes the protection and community renewal of historical and cultural heritage sites under the protection concept of low-cost and micro renewal through the exploration of public education and public participation.
