摘要:
北京第二热电厂是具有重大历史与文化价值的工业遗产，它曾经承担过毛主席纪念堂、中南海、长安街沿线等重要设施及居民片区的供热任务，紧邻该电厂还有天宁寺塔等著名历史古迹，因此该地区的更新改造将对北京乃至全国都有示范意义。分析北京第二热电厂和天宁寺塔的历史沿革及现状问题，借鉴英国等国的城市复兴理念，提出保护文化遗产、强化地方景观、复兴城市经济三大规划原则。最后在这些原则的指导下，对各个分地块进行详细设计。整个规划期望通过优秀的建筑与空间塑造，打造该地区的全新面貌。在保护和展示工业遗产和文化古迹的前提下，引入新功能、注入新活力、创造新空间，使历史建筑更好地融入现代城市生活并带动周边经济发展，也使遗产保护更具经济价值和现实可操作性。
