摘要:
城市更新大势之下，具备大量历史遗存、受到政策支持的典型历史文化街区的保护与更新备受瞩目、发展迅猛，但与之相对的非典型历史文化街区常常被忽视。众多案例表明，一定条件下，非典型历史文化街区可能通过积极保护与更新，成为典型历史文化街区，也可能因消极管理转向商业化或熵增化发展。但这些转化路径存在名不副实、过度商业化、过度熵增化的困境。从更新理念、制度体系、评估体系、发展模式角度对此类现象进行分析，为进一步优化非典型历史文化街区转化与发展机制提供借鉴。
