摘要:: 行政边界对于城镇空间形态具有明显阻隔作用，伴生城镇就是由于行政区划的空间分割而出现的一种社会经济现象。在国内外行政区划边界效应相关理论的指导下，以及在对边界形成机理和发展特征等方面的大量相关文献研究基础上，通过对四川省德阳市孝泉镇和孝德镇、绵远镇和绵阳市河清镇、德阳市中江县的石笋乡和金堂县的金龙镇、德阳市广汉市向阳镇和成都市青白江区弥牟镇等区域的实地调研，提出“伴生城镇理论”这一新的理论框架，并从行政区划边界效应的视角分析区域交界地带伴生城镇的发展特征和形成机理，系统性总结伴生城镇现象出现的成因及相应规律。最后，根据当地区域特征，提出优化伴生城镇空间布局的解决路径：整合设市、组合设立管委会以及合二为一等，为解决城镇区域边界地区优化重组问题提供借鉴和相关参考。

Abstract:: Under the guidance of domestic and foreign theories related to the boundary effect of administrative divisions and on the basis of a large number of literature studies on the formation mechanism and development characteristics of boundaries, the writer conducted an extensive field study of Xiaoquan Town, Xiaode Town, Mianyuan Town, Heqing Town, Shisun Township, Jinlong Town, Xiangyang Town, Mimou Town, Longgang Town and Aojiang Town. The concept of "Accompanying towns" is put forward through the systematic summary of the formation mechanism and development characteristics of the above regional borderlands. Based on this, the causes and corresponding laws are explored. Finally, according to the characteristics of local regions, the solutions are put forward, such as integrating the establishment of cities, combining the establishment of management committees, and combining the two towns into one town, etc., which have reference direction and significance for the optimization and reorganization of urban regional boundaries.
