摘要:
党的二十大报告提出,要坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文,推进文化和旅游深度融合发展。然而,在疫情防控常态化背景下,我国文旅产业的发展面临巨大挑战。为推动长三角文旅一体化高质量发展,合肥市应转变传统文旅产业发展方式,依托韧性理念,探讨文旅产业发展的新路径。在纵向分析合肥市文旅资源发展现状的基础上,从外部冲击和内部压力两方面入手,对合肥市与长三角地区其他城市的文旅一体化发展情况进行横向对比,再总结合肥市推动长三角文旅一体化发展所面临的挑战。在提高韧性发展潜力、增强产业应对能力、打造智慧旅游模式等层面提出相关策略和建议,以期为促进合肥市文旅产业快速发展、加快长三角文旅产业一体化进程提供助力。
Abstract:
According to the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we should adhere to the use of culture to shape tourism and the use of travel to complement culture with the purpose of the in-depth integration of culture and tourism. At present, the development of China’s cultural tourism is facing great challenges against the background of regular epidemic prevention and control. In order to promote the high-quality integration of culture and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta, Hefei should change the traditional development mode and explore a new development path based on the toughness theory. On the basis of the vertical analysis of the current situation of the development of culture and tourism resources in Hefei, this paper makes a horizontal comparison between Hefei and other cities in the Yangtze River Delta from two aspects of external impact and internal pressure. Then, it summarizes the challenges faced by Hefei in promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta. In addition, relevant strategies and suggestions are put forward in terms of improving resilience development potential, enhancing industry coping capacity and building smart tourism model, in order to provide help for promoting the rapid development of cultural tourism in Hefei and accelerating the integration process of cultural tourism in the Yangtze River Delta.
