在国家大力推进实施乡村振兴战略的时代背景下，传统村落作为活的建筑文化遗产面临保护与发展、机遇与挑战的双重选择，探寻兼顾保护与更新、传统与现代相适应的有效更新方式及路径尤为关键。以云南省腾冲市董官村为例，针对其存在的现实问题，在调研及综合分析的基础上，提出采取循序渐进和最小干预的“微介入”保护更新方式，以介入的介质、对象和方式为切入点，判断传统村落介入点的选择；从政策面导向性、技术面保护性、旅游面体验性、文化面活态性四个层面进行探讨分析，旨在通过一系列“微介入”更新方式及路径的整合与探究，为传统村落的有效保护更新提供新的规划路径思考与实践尝试。
Abstract:
Under the background of the country’s vigorous promotion and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, traditional villages, as living architectural cultural heritage, are feeling the dual choice of protection and development, opportunities, and challenges. It is particularly critical to find an effective update method and path that takes into account both protection and update, tradition and modernity. Taking Dongguan Village, Tengchong City, Yunnan Province as an example, given its existing problems, on the basis of investigation and comprehensive analysis, this paper proposes a "Micro-intervention" protection and renewal method with gradual and minimal intervention. The method is the starting point to judge the choice of intervention points for traditional villages; it will be discussed from four levels: "policy-oriented micro-intervention, technical protection micro intervention, tourism-experienced micro-intervention, and culturally active micro-intervention". The analysis aims to provide a new planning path thinking and a practical attempt for the effective protection and renewal of traditional villages through the integration and exploration of a series of "micro-intervention" update methods and paths.
