摘要:
在全球气候变暖的大背景下，作为跨文化交流典型代表的共享遗产的保护也受到了来自气候变暖的威胁，这些威胁包括但不限于大气污染、极端天气增多和气温升高。作为当下遗产保护领域的难题之一，气候问题对共享遗产的威胁及应对受到国际古迹遗址理事会共享遗产委员会近年来的持续关注，多次组织线上线下的研讨活动。以共享遗产保护的案例研究为基础，总结以往共享遗产委员会的观察研究和可借鉴的经验，探讨未来的整体应对架构，以及该领域中地方政府、科学家、工程师、设计师等不同角色的定位和职责。
Abstract:
In the context of a global warming climate,the preservation of the shared heritage, which is regarded as a typical representative of cross-cultural communication, has been threatened by the continuously warming climate, including but not limited to air pollution, an increase in extreme weather, and rising temperature. As one of the challenging problems in the field of current heritage preservation,the threat of climate issues to shared heritage and its response has been a continuously concerned by the Heritage Sharing Committee of the International Council on Monuments and Sites in recent years, which has organized online and offline seminar for many times. Based on the case study of shared heritage protection and summarizing the observation and research of the shared heritage committee and some referential experiences in the past, this passage will have a further discussion of the overall framework to response in the future, as well as the positioning and responsibilities of local governments, scientists, engineers, designers and other different roles in this field.
