历史地段是城市文化资源的载体，其活力复兴是保护、发展城市文化的关键。以南京熙南里历史地段为例，基于新数据环境，从外在表征和构成要素两个角度对历史地段活力进行剖析，探索人群在时空维度的活动规律与熙南里商业吸引力、历史资源、功能密度、功能混合度、区位交通等要素的相关性。得出影响熙南里日间活力的主要因素为商业吸引力；影响熙南里夜间活力的主要因素为功能密度和功能混合度。基于以上结论提出优化特色业态类型、丰富特色文化活动、美化历史风貌环境等活力提升策略。
Abstract:
Historical location is the carrier of urban cultural resources, and its vitality revival is the key to the protection and development of urban culture. Taking the historical area of Xinanli in Nanjing as an example, based on the new data environment, this paper analyzes the vitality of the historical area from the perspectives of external representation and constituent elements, and explores the correlation between the activity law of people in the space-time dimension and commercial attraction in Xinanli, historical resources, functional density, functional mixing degree, location transportation and other elements. It is found that the main factors affecting the daytime vitality of Xinanli are commercial attraction, and the main factors affecting the nighttime vitality of Xinanli are functional density and functional mixing. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some vitality reconstruction strategies, such as optimizing the types of characteristic business forms, enriching characteristic cultural activities and beautifying the historical style and environment.
