工业社区是中国城市发展进程初期大力发展工业企业时所形成的一种特殊聚居样式。随着我国城镇老旧小区改造工作的全面推进，完善和更新老工业社区环境，并满足居民公平享有社区环境的需求受到日益重视。引入景观公正的理念，尝试用新的视角探讨老工业社区在新时代背景下的更新策略，以期为老工业社区的可持续更新提供一定的参考与借鉴。

Industrial community is a special residential style formed during the vigorous development of industrial enterprises in the early stage of China’s urban development process. With the comprehensive promotion of the reconstruction of old urban communities in China, more and more attention has been paid to improving and updating the old industrial community environment and meeting the needs of residents to enjoy the community environment fairly. This paper introduces the concept of landscape justice, and tries to explore the renewal strategy of the old industrial community under the background of the new era from a new perspective, in order to provide some reference for the sustainable renewal of the old industrial community.
