摘要:
第五届中国名城论坛以“新时代背景下名城保护与城市更新”为主题，交流了如何进一步提升历史文化名城保护利用传承水平，探讨了城市更新的最新理念、方法与实践。新时代的名城保护要深刻理解历史文化保护传承的核心意涵，构建好城乡遗产保护传承体系，注重发挥行政区划的作用。新时代的城市更新要处理好城市文化遗产与城市资产的关系，发挥园林的独特作用，促进文化产业园区治理与城市更新融合发展，借鉴“北上广”等大城市的经验，注重乡村文化遗产的利用，汲取江南水乡古镇人居环境营建智慧。
