摘要:
历史文化街区作为政府公布的保护区域，其更新改造是一个长久的课题。以处于拆建中的万载田下历史文化街区为例，在原有街巷空间、历史环境要素已基本拆除、改变的现状下，本着全局思维、历史脉络梳理、物质与非物质要素保护并重、合理利用、有机更新理念，以历史资料为基础，科学评估历史价值，合理划定保护范围，分类提出整治思路，重构街区肌理，严格控制建筑体量和风貌，加强文化展示利用，激发街区活力。通过抢救式保护，科学处理保护与发展的矛盾。
Abstract:
Renewal and transformation of historical conservation area as protected area declared by the government is a long-term subject. This paper takes Tianxia historical conservation area of Wanzai county which is in the process of demolition and construction as an example. Under the current situation that the original street and historical environment factors have been basically dismantled and changed, In the spirit of global thinking, sorting out history, the protection of material and non-material elements, rational using, organic updating, based on the historical data, scientifically evaluating the historical value, reasonably demarcating the protection range, proposing the renovation idea according to the classification, rebuilding the block structure, strictly controlling the building quantity and style, improving the cultural display and utilization, and stimulating the vitality of the block. The contradiction between protection and development is handled scientifically by rescuing conservation.
