高铁站区作为高铁网络的关键组成部分,在优化城市空间结构、培育新经济增长点、强化城市功能等方面发挥重要作用,成为国内外城市规划和区域研究的重要议题。首先,以国际核心期刊(SSCI和SCI)发表的与高铁站区相关的文献为基础,从文献量年际变化和载文期刊分布等方面分析城市高铁站区研究态势特征。其次,从高铁站区的交通功能、经济功能、城市功能、交通功能和经济功能关联、交通功能和城市功能关联等5个方面系统分析城市高铁站区的研究进展。其中,在交通功能方面关注多式联运模式与可达性测度;在经济功能方面探讨产业类型、布局结构及经济外溢效应;在城市功能方面聚焦功能复合与土地利用特征;在交通功能和经济功能关联方面分析以交通节点带动产业集聚与扩散机制;在交通功能和城市功能关联方面关注站区与城市空间结构与形态演化的互动关系。最后,从深化高铁站区的交通功能、经济功能和城市功能单维度的持续性研究,强化高铁站区的交通功能—经济功能、交通功能—城市功能、经济功能—城市功能等双维度联动性研究,推动高铁站区的交通功能—经济功能—城市功能的多维度融合性研究,提出城市高铁站区的研究展望。
Abstract:
High-speed rail (HSR) station areas, as key components of the HSR network, play an important role in optimizing urban spatial structure, fostering new economic growth poles, and enhancing urban functions. Their development models and spatial impacts have become central issues in urban and regional studies. Based on SCI and SSCI-indexed literature, this paper analyzes research trends on urban HSR station areas in terms of annual publication dynamics and journal distribution. It then systematically reviews research progress from five dimensions: transportation function, economic function, urban function, the relationship between transportation and economic functions, and the relationship between transportation and urban functions. Specifically, the transportation dimension focuses on multimodal transport systems and accessibility measurement; the economic dimension examines industrial types, spatial structures, and economic spillover effects; the urban dimension emphasizes functional mix and land-use characteristics; the transportation-economic dimension analyzes the mechanisms by which transport nodes promote industrial agglomeration and diffusion; and the transportation-urban dimension explores the interaction between station areas and changes of urban form and structure. Finally, the paper outlines future research directions from three aspects: deepening studies on single dimensions (transportation, economic, and urban functions), strengthening dual-dimensional linkages (transportation-economic, transportation-urban, and economic-urban relationships), and promoting multidimensional integration of transportation, economic, and urban functions in HSR station area research.
