城市河流在城市中具有复合功能,生态系统服务则为规划者提供了一种综合考察土地功能的视角。由于城市中心的河流受社会环境影响大,居民对于河流规划管理的满意度评价则尤为重要。北京中心城区人口密集,有多条重要的城市河流,居民对河流建设管理的诉求是指导城市蓝绿空间发展的重要参考。研究基于河流生态系统服务的12个子功能,通过问卷调研获取数据,以IPA(重要性—绩效表现分析)和改善指数综合评估了北京中心地区河流生态系统服务功能提升的优先度。评估基于空间差异和群体背景的差异,对比“中心地区—行政分区”两层级的空间差异和“普通居民、河流高频接触者和专业人士”群体背景的差异,为北京市中心地区城市河流服务功能改善的优先度提供决策参考。
Abstract:
Urban rivers play multiple functions in cities. Ecosystem services, as a comprehensive perspective of land functions, have many applications in urban river assessment. As the rivers in the city center are greatly affected by the social environment, the residents’ satisfaction evaluation of the river planning and management is particularly important. The central urban area of Beijing is densely populated and has many important urban rivers. The residents’ appeal for river construction and management is an important reference for guiding the development of urban blue-green space. Based on 12 sub-functions of river ecosystem services, the study obtained data through questionnaires, and comprehensively evaluated the priority of improving river ecosystem services in central Beijing by using IPA and Improvement Index. The assessment has been conducted through the comparison of the differences in spatial and group backgrounds, and then the spatial differences at the two levels of "central area-administrative divisions" and the differences in the group backgrounds of "general residents, high-frequency contacts of rivers, and professionals" are compared to provide decision-making reference for the priority order of urban river service function improvement in the central area of Beijing.
