摘要:
城市化过程中,空间生态问题受到越来越多的关注。政策制定者、城市规划师和相关研究者都在探索如何实现城市空间规划中的生态正义。城市空间规划作为实现空间公平的重要保障,需要考虑社会公平和地区平衡的需求,构建合理、公正、可持续的城市空间,为城市居民提供更好的生活、工作和发展条件。城市空间规划中的生态正义是在城市空间规划中向不同群体提供公平的环境权益,实现环境平等和社会正义的理念。为实现城市空间规划中生态正义,需要建立基于生态环境的规划理念,采用多元化的规划路径,充分考虑社会公正和经济可行性,达到城市空间规划中生态的公正,实现水资源、绿地空间、城市污染治理和城市公共设施的公平分配。
Abstract:
In the process of urbanization, spatial ecological issues are receiving increasing attention. Policymakers, Urban planner and researchers are all exploring how to achieve ecological justice in urban spatial planning. Urban planning, as an important guarantee for achieving spatial equity, needs to consider the needs of social equity and regional balance, construct reasonable, just, and sustainable urban spaces, and provide better living, working, and development conditions for urban residents. Ecological justice in urban spatial planning is the concept of providing fair environmental rights and interests to different groups to achieve environmental equality and social justice in urban spatial planning. The realization of spatial ecological justice in urban planning requires the establishment of a planning concept based on ecological environment, the adoption of diversified planning paths, full consideration of social justice and economic feasibility, and the achievement of spatial ecological justice in urban planning to achieve fair distribution of water resources, green space, urban pollution control, and urban public facilities.
