在城市更新和“退二进三”的时代背景下，大量工业遗存被闲置或迅速拆除，工业遗产命运受到极大挑战，在分析昆明近现代工业发展历程及遗产价值内涵的基础上，借鉴既有工业遗产价值评价相关理论与方法，采用定性与定量结合的多层级综合评价方法，构建兼具科学性和适用性的昆明工业遗产价值评价体系。依据历史、科学技术、社会文化和艺术审美4项固有价值的综合评分将工业遗产分为3个保护等级，并以3项典型工业遗产为例对评价体系运用进行说明。评价体系的建立为昆明工业遗产保护和再利用工作提供了依据，对推动遗产保护具有重要意义。
Abstract:
In light of the opportunities presented by the current urban renewal and the "Replacement of secondary manufacturing industry by tertiary sector and business" policy, not only have a large number of existing industrial and manufacturing structures been abandoned or demolished rapidly, but also some precious industrial relics and heritage have been destroyed irrevocably.This paper first studies the modern Kunming industrialization history and its spatial characteristics, and adopts the qualitative and quantitative research methodology at multiple dimensions, in order to achieve the evaluation strategy that is both scientific and pragmatic.The author attempts to establish a comprehensive and systematic evaluation strategy for urban industrial remains based on the historical, technological, sociological and aesthetical criteria, and discusses it from three levels with three individual industrial remains sites for examples.This evaluation strategy aims at informing the decision-making process for the prospective Kunming urban industrial heritage conservation and renewal projects.
