Abstract:
From the perspective of multi-source spatiotemporal data, this paper interprets the spatiotemporal correlation network characteristics of revolutionary historical sites in China, and combines local practical experience to propose a revolutionary historical relic conservation and inheritance plan based on "narrative space". The revolutionary historical sites are organized in a complex network of places, people and events, and semantic connections are constructed based on related themes, so as to achieve the purpose of conservation and inheritance for the revolutionary historical sites from the perspective of the city as a whole. Combining the theme of "Student Progress Movement" and the conservation and inheritance planning of revolutionary historical sites in Dingjiaqiao area, the former Central University Second Campus, this paper discusses the integration of revolutionary historical sites and urban space, and the conservation and inheritance of the area’s style and features promoted from elements to the whole as well as utilization strategies. The application of "narrative space" in the conservation and inheritance of revolutionary historical sites are also introduced with Dingjiaqiao’s case.
