摘要:
技术创新一直对城市发展产生着巨大的影响。近年来，以数字化、智能化为代表的第四次工业革命正在兴起，技术对城市结构的影响也愈发深刻，一系列颠覆性的高新技术正改变着城市的生产生活方式，推动着城市结构的转型。基于此，首先就几次技术革命影响下城市结构的演化过程进行分析，总结出技术革命影响下城市发展模式演变体现出的6个方面的特征，从历史角度厘清城市发展的动态变化进程。然后提出第四次工业革命的时代背景下，城市发展的核心趋势为技术与人文协调发展以及智慧化。最后针对第四次工业革命影响下城市空间转型所面临的问题提出坚持因城施策、正视技术应用、实现城市共享、增加人文关怀四大策略，让技术成果更好地服务于城市生活。
Abstract:
Technological innovation has always had a great impact on urban development. In recent years, the Fourth Industrial Revolution represented by digitalization and intelligence is emerging, and the impact of technology on urban structure has become more and more profound. A series of disruptive emerging technologies are changing the production and life style of cities and promoting the transformation of urban structure. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the evolution process of urban structure under the influence of several technological revolutions, and summarizes the evolution characteristics of modern cities under the influence of technological revolutions in six aspects: quantity and scale, pattern, district, planning method, citizens lifestyle, and spatiotemporal experience, so as to clarify the dynamic change process of urban development from a historical perspective.Then proposed that the core trend of urban development in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the trend of coordinated development of "technology" and "humanities" and the trend of wisdom.Finally, we propose that the problems faced by urban spatial transformation under the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are the four strategies are to adhere to the "city-based policy", face up to the "technology application", realize "city sharing", and increase "humanistic care", so that the technological achievements can be made available to the public. "The four strategies are to make technological achievements better serve urban life.
