摘要:: 华康里曾是北京民国时期“香厂新市区”城市规划中的一组重要近现代建筑遗产，是北京市西城区文物普查登记项目。该建筑的功能属于特殊居住类建筑。关于该建筑的历史、价值和再利用研究还很薄弱。通过文献查阅、现场调研的方法，从历史沿革、建筑特征、价值评估、再利用设计方面展开研究，提出再利用设计的关键内容和方案，以期对该类建筑遗产的再利用设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:: Huakangli Buildings was a group of important modern architectural heritages in the urban planning of "Xiangchang New Urban Area" during the period of the Republic of China in Beijing. It was a General Survey and Registration Project in Xicheng District of Beijing. The function of the buildings belongs to the special residential building， and the research on its history， architecture， value and reuse is still very weak. Based on the methods of literature review and field investigation， this paper studies the historical evolution， architectural features， value evaluation and reuse design， and puts forward the key content and scheme of reuse design， in order to provide reference for the reuse design of this kind of architectural heritage.
