摘要:
对1980年代以来以上海为中心的疫病历史与风险事件进行梳理,总结上海在公共卫生建设方面的成就与经验,对上海以及长三角地区未来公共卫生风险进行预判并提出应对措施。当交通物流更加便捷时,人口、商品等要素流动幅度会更大。在2020年爆发的新冠疫情中,上海以输入型病例为主,便捷交通增强区域一体化的同时,亦带来公共卫生风险,因此上海及长三角周边地区必须加强联防联控机制,减少疫病的发生与输入风险。
Abstract:
This paper reviews the epidemic history and risk events in Shanghai since 1980s, this thesis summarizes Shanghai’s achievements and experience in public health construction, forecasts the future public health risks in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, and puts forward countermeasures. When the transportation and logistics are more convenient, the flow range of population, commodity and other factors will be larger. In the new outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020, Shanghai is dominated by imported cases, convenient transportation and regional integration also bring potential public health risks. Therefore, Shanghai and the surrounding areas of the Yangtze River Delta must strengthen the joint prevention and control mechanism to reduce the occurrence and input risks of the disease.
