摘要:
通过分析在杭州互联网+的创新趋势下，以创新型特色小镇规划和建设的实践经验提出科技创新产业、创新人群需求和创新空间的设计特色。结合杭州阿里巴巴云谷小镇的规划设计经验，通过对杭州城西科创走廊中互联网企业的需求分析，并结合大数据判读来整合土地资源、平衡生态保育和智慧产业发展的有限空间，提供创新人才生长、集聚的新空间。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the innovation trend of “Internet +” in Hangzhou, the article puts forward the driving elements for creative talents demand and innovation space. With the practical planning experience of Alibaba Cloud Valley, and the analysis of cloud computing industry clusters along the West Corridor of Hangzhou City. This project also acted as an impetus for digital innovation by harnessing nature with big data interpretation to survey the site’s numerous ecological elements were a baseline for the improvement of work-life quality within the future urban environment and provide a new space for the growth and agglomeration of innovative talents.
