摘要:
历史文化风貌区是我国城市历史保护体系中重要的尺度能级，此概念自2002年借鉴国际经验在上海进行本土实践后，逐渐以长三角地区为中心向全国范围扩散。基于此，研究梳理其实践、内涵与时空演进的规律特征成为必然，相关结论显示我国风貌区的发展呈现经济驱动、沿海先发、地方立法多元的整体态势。现阶段，国内多数历史文化风貌区普遍出现快餐化、网红化的景观异化问题，保护与发展模式也日趋同质化。研究以空间、文化、社会三维架构为价值本源，论证分类治理的现实必要性，构建起风貌完整型、结构留存型、文化记忆型三类遗产模态，并结合人地互动逻辑阐释各自价值内涵。研究显示，应以动态价值重构为前提，推动差异化保护与活化利用，将历史文化风貌区打造为城市创新载体与国际文化传播媒介，以期为历史文化风貌区可持续发展、文化话语建构提供理论支撑与实践参考。
Abstract:
As a key hierarchical scale within China’s urban historic conservation system, historic cultural districts were first localized and practiced in Shanghai in 2002 based on international experience before gradual nationwide spreading centering on the Yangtze River Delta region. Against this backdrop, it is imperative to sort out the practical evolution, connotations and spatiotemporal developmental patterns of such districts. Relevant findings reveal that the development of historic cultural districts across China is generally characterized by economic-driven growth, early development in coastal regions, and diversified local legislation. At the current stage, most domestic historic cultural districts suffer prevalent landscape alienation marked by hasty commercial development and internet-famous oriented transformation, alongside growing homogenization in conservation and development models. Rooted in the three-dimensional value framework encompassing space, culture and society, this study demonstrates the practical necessity of classified governance, establishes three heritage typologies:intact historic fabric type, residual structural framework type, and cultural memory type, and interprets their respective value connotations based on human-land interaction logic. The study concludes that differentiated conservation and adaptive reuse should be advanced premised on dynamic value reconstruction. Historic cultural districts ought to be forged into urban innovation hubs and vehicles for international cultural communication, so as to provide theoretical support and practical references for the sustainable development of historic cultural districts and the construction of cultural discourse systems.
