摘要:
在传统村落集中连片保护背景下,测度区域传统村落韧性水平并识别韧性类型,对统筹推进村落韧性整体提升与集中连片保护有重要指导意义。以湘西地区429个国家级传统村落为例,基于韧健度模型构建“外部扰动-本底脆性-适应韧力”韧性评价指标体系并进行量化评价,探究湘西地区传统村落整体韧性水平。运用障碍度模型和主导因素识别法划分传统村落韧性类型并识别主导障碍因素。结果表明:(1)湘西地区传统村落综合韧性多处于中低水平,冷热点分布呈现“南热北冷”格局,“高高”聚集区集中在怀化市。(2)传统村落韧性类型包括扰动类、脆性类、韧力类、扰动-脆性类、扰动-韧力类、脆性-韧力类。结合主导障碍因子,提出各类型传统村落韧性提升策略,为湘西地区及类似集中连片传统村落的保护与可持续发展提供参考。
Abstract:
In the context of concentrated and contiguous conservation of traditional villages, measuring regional resilience levels and identifying resilience types are of great significance for coordinating the overall improvement of village resilience and contiguous conservation. Taking 429 national-level traditional villages in western Hunan as examples, this study constructs a three-dimensional resilience evaluation index system of "external disturbance-inherent brittleness-adaptive resilience" based on the resilience model, conducts a quantitative evaluation, and explores the overall resilience level of traditional villages in western Hunan. The obstacle degree model and dominant factor identification method are then used to classify resilience types and identify dominant obstacle factors. The results are as follows. (1) The comprehensive resilience of traditional villages in western Hunan is mostly at medium and low levels. The spatial pattern of cold and hot spots presents a "hot in the south and cold in the north" distribution, with high-high clusters concentrated in Huaihua City. (2) Resilience types of traditional villages include disturbance type, fragility type, resilience type, disturbance-fragility type, disturbance-resilience type, and fragility-resilience type. Combined with dominant obstacle factors, targeted resilience improvement strategies are proposed for each type, providing a reference for the conservation and sustainable development of traditional villages in western Hunan and similar concentrated and contiguous regions.
