摘要:: 城市更新作为一种对城市空间、功能、环境等进行综合整治与优化的手段，日益成为推动城市可持续发展、提升居民生活质量的关键方式。随着时代发展，城市更新正逐渐由传统的“大拆大建”转为“微更新”“微活化”等方式。九澳村作为澳门地区现存的郊野村落，包容了中原和广府文化，是典型的离岛客家传统村落。基于“微更新”的时代背景，以村落区位、历史沿革、特色文化等资料为根基，在实地调研的基础上归纳总结现状问题，从宏观与微观两个层次入手，针对乡村风貌、历史建筑等4个方面提出村落可持续发展的改造落实策略，以期促进九澳村多维度长久发展，为澳门及其他地区相似村落提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:: Urban renewal, as a means of comprehensive improvement and optimization of urban space, functions, environment, etc., has increasingly become a key process for promoting sustainable urban development and enhancing the quality of life for residents. With the development of the times, urban renewal is gradually shifting from the traditional "large-scale demolition and construction" to "micro-renewal", "micro-activation" and other methods. Jiu’ao Village, as an existing rural village in Macao, integrates the cultures of Central Plains with Cantonese culture. It is a typical traditional Hakka village on an outlying island and holds profound research significance. Based on the background of "micro-updating", this article takes the village’s location, historical evolution, and characteristic culture as the foundation. On the basis of on-site investigation, it summarizes the current problems. Starting from both macro and micro levels, it proposes implementation strategies for the sustainable development of the village in aspects such as: rural appearance and historical buildings, with the aim of promoting the multi-dimensional and long-term development of Jiu’ao Village, providing reference experience for similar villages in Macao and other regions.
