摘要:
历史城区作为历史文化名城保护中最核心的空间层级，是名城中“城”历史意象的集中体现，但受历史认知局限与城市发展冲击的双重影响，当前历史城区普遍存在概念界定模糊、范围划定合理性不足、碎片化保护现象严重等问题，致使“城”的整体空间叙事断裂。随着新时期名城保护“空间全覆盖、要素全囊括”整体保护理念的转变，对历史城区的划定保护提出了更高要求。基于历史城区内涵认知及划定存在的问题，引入“结构原型”概念，探讨空间基因沿承、重要价值区域保护及现代适应性调整等影响历史城区划定的关键因素。并以会泽国家历史文化名城为例，构建“结构原型辨识—节点要素价值重估—现状综合评价”的历史城区划定方法体系，提出兼顾历史真实性与保护发展可持续性的会泽历史城区划定方案，以期为新时期历史城区的划定、保护提供参考借鉴。
Abstract:
As the most core spatial level in the protection framework of historical and cultural cities, historical urban areas are the concentrated embodiment of the historical image of the "city" within the city. However, due to the dual influence of historical cognition limitations and the impact of urban development, current historical urban areas generally have problems such as ambiguous concept definition, insufficient rationality of scope demarcation, and serious fragmented protection phenomena, which have led to the disruption of the overall spatial narrative of the "city". With the transformation of the overall protection concept of "full spatial coverage, all-encompassing elements" in the protection of famous cities in the new era, higher requirements have been put forward for the demarcation and protection of historical urban areas. Based on the understanding of the connotation of historical urban areas and the problems existing in their demarcation, this article introduces the concept of "structural prototype" and explores the key factors influencing the demarcation of historical urban areas, such as the inheritance of spatial genes, the protection of important value areas, and modern adaptive adjustment. Taking Huize, a national historical and cultural city, as an example, a method system for delineating historical urban areas is constructed, which includes "identification of structural prototypes - revaluation of node element values - comprehensive assessment of the current situation". A delineation plan for the Huize historical urban area that takes into account both historical authenticity and the sustainability of protection and development is proposed, with the aim of providing reference for the delineation and protection of historical urban areas in the new era.
