摘要:
文旅业态与历史文化空间的协同共生是平衡历史文化名城保护与发展的关键。以苏州历史城区为例，从共生理论的视角探讨文旅业态微观布局的共性规律及其内在机制，提出适配“业态+空间”的精细化更新策略。基于多尺度地理加权回归模型的分析表明，文旅业态空间选择与历史文化要素的拟合度最优，其次为业态间的相互作用。整体布局呈现以历史街区为载体的多点共生特征，文化展示等细分业态在微观区位选择上高度契合自身需求。按共享同一要素资源的强弱程度，形成文旅业态共生测度模式，并结合租差理论、“共生环境-共生单元-共生模式”三元关系构建业态共生驱动更新机制的解析框架。最后提出“业态共生—空间共组—运维共融”的更新策略，以数字化丰富文化展示图谱，以历史载体集成高关联业态，以“一宅一策”贯通运维路径，为历史文化空间的精细化治理提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The collaborative symbiosis between cultural and tourism formats and historic and cultural spaces is the key to balancing the protection and development of famous historical and cultural cities. Taking the historical urban area of Suzhou City as an example, this paper explores the general laws and internal mechanisms of the micro-layout of cultural and tourism formats from the perspective of symbiosis theory, and proposes a refined renewal strategy adapted to the "format + space" model. Multi-scale geographically weighted regression reveals that the strongest predictor of format location is proximity to heritage elements, followed by inter-format attraction. The overall pattern shows multi-nodal symbiosis anchored in historic quarters and cultural-display sub-formats in particular select micro-sites that tightly fit their functional needs. A symbiosis index is constructed by the intensity with which formats share heritage resources, and a tripartite framework of "symbiotic environment-unit-model" combined with rent-gap theory explains the format-driven regeneration mechanism. The paper concludes that a "co-format, co-space, co-operation" strategy will contribute to digital enrichment of cultural narratives, bundling of highly correlated formats within historic carriers, and a "one-house-one-policy" governance route, offering a replicable model for fine-grained stewardship of historic cultural areas.
