摘要:
在城市治理由“管理”向“共治”转型的背景下,公众参与逐渐成为影响城市更新可持续性的关键机制。技术演进的本质不仅是工具升级,而且是多主体参与关系的重构。研究引入“共生城市”的视角,梳理公众参与技术的代际演进特征,构建“社会-空间-技术”三元分析框架。基于城市更新中多主体协同、空间协商与持续反馈的需求,系统探讨了公众参与技术的范式转变对共生城市的推动作用。基于北京10个街区的实践访谈,评估了不同参与技术对现实更新需求的回应程度,并提出面向城市更新不同阶段的混合型技术应用思路。研究认为,公众参与技术变革的核心不在于单一技术的突破,而在于构建包容的“共生型”技术生态,推动可持续的城市更新。
Abstract:
As urban governance shifts from "management" to "co-governance," public participation has become a key mechanism influencing the sustainability of urban renewal. With technological advancement, technologies for public participation are evolving from one-way consultation toward digital interaction and immersive experience. This trasformation reflecting not only tool upgrades but also a restructuring of participatory relationships. From the perspective of the "symbiotic city," this paper reviews the generational evolution of urban participatory technologies and develops a social-spatial-technical analytical framework. Focusing on multi-actor collaboration, spatial negotiation, and continuous feedback in urban renewal, it examines how technological transformation supports urban symbiosis. Based on interviews in 10 urban blocks in Beijing, the study evaluates the responsiveness of different participatory tools and proposes a hybrid application strategy for different renewal stages. The study argues that the value of participatory technologies trasformation lies not in single-tool innovation, but in building an inclusive symbiotic technological ecosystem that promotes sustainable urban renewal.
