历史古城作为文化遗产的重要载体,其文化价值的科学识别对推动文旅融合与可持续发展具有重要意义。以建水古城为案例,基于文旅场景理论,通过扎根理论对网络评论数据进行编码分析,构建了包含地方原真性、符号感知性、价值表达性三大主维度的文旅场景文化价值指标体系,以微观层面的游客视角系统探讨历史古城的文化价值识别原理,并利用多元回归分析进行指标和原理验证。研究发现:建水古城的文化价值主要体现在本土性、人文景观性、原真性、多样性等次维度,体现出鲜明的地方特色;历史古城的文旅场景的文化价值可以通过地方原真性、符号感知性、价值表达性三大主维度的22个次维度的指标体系进行识别;游客对历史古城文化价值的识别遵循“感知物质载体—内化文化符号—判断综合价值”的路径,即通过感官接触物质载体形成初级认知,将文化符号经心理加工转化为情感联结,最后形成保护性与文化认同的价值判断。研究兼顾游客感知的动态性与场景互动的多维性,弥补传统静态评价的不足,将定性分析与定量分析结合,为历史古城文化遗产活化与可持续旅游发展提供方法论支持。
Abstract:
As a vital carrier of cultural heritage, the scientific identification of the cultural value of historic ancient cities holds significant importance for promoting the integration of culture and tourism and achieving sustainable development. Taking Jianshui Ancient City as a case study, this research employs grounded theory to code and analyze online review data based on the culture-tourism scene theory. A cultural value indicator system for culture-tourism scenes is constructed, encompassing three primary dimensions—local authenticity, symbolic perception, and value expressiveness—to systematically explore the principles of cultural value identification in historic ancient cities from the micro-level perspective of tourists. Multiple regression analysis is applied to validate the indicators and principles. Key findings are as follows. The cultural value of Jianshui Ancient City is primarily reflected in sub-dimensions such as locality, cultural landscape authenticity, originality, and diversity, demonstrating distinct regional characteristics. The cultural value of historic ancient cities within culture-tourism scenes can be identified through an indicator system comprising 22 sub-dimensions under the three primary dimensions of local authenticity, symbolic perception, and value expressiveness. Tourists’ identification of cultural value follows a pathway of "perceiving material carriers—internalizing cultural symbols—judging comprehensive value". This process involves forming initial cognition through sensory engagement with physical elements, transforming cultural symbols into emotional connections via psychological processing, and ultimately shaping value judgments related to conservation and cultural identity. By integrating the dynamic nature of tourist perception and the multidimensionality of scene interactions, this study addresses the limitations of traditional static evaluations. The combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses provides methodological support for the revitalization of cultural heritage and sustainable tourism development in historic ancient cities.
