摘要:
城市作为复杂巨系统，其规划建设治理面临越来越错综复杂的环境，CIM平台技术为解决这一复杂问题提供了新视角和新工具。应用CIM平台的理论及技术构建数字城市孪生体，融合多源数据，进行规划管理、工程项目审批以及城市治理等，从城市规划建设治理面临的问题与挑战出发，结合在3个不同城市和地区的实践案例，提出CIM平台的建设框架，从数据底板建设、标准体系构建、分析计算模拟以及应用场景搭建4个方面提出建设路径，以期为未来开创城市高质量发展新局面贡献有力基础和智慧化方法。
Abstract:
As a complex and large-scale system, city planning and governance planning and governance are confronted with increasingly intricate environments. CIM platform provides a new perspective and tool to solve this complex problem. By applying the theory and technology of CIM platform to the construction of a digital city twin, this article explores the integration of multi-source data for planning management, project approval, and urban governance. The article proposes a construction framework for CIM platform by analyzing the problems and challenges in urban planning and governance, supported by practical cases from three different cities and areas. The framework addresses four key aspects: data platform construction, standard system establishment, analytical calculation and simulation, and application scenario setup, aiming to lay a solid foundation and provide intelligent methods for high-quality urban development.
