规划遗产为城市整体性保护提供了新路径，亦有助于全面挖掘与传承历史规划智慧。以德租时期青岛核心城区街道空间为例，在梳理营建历程的基础上，揭示街道规划遗产的影响因素，由此界定出街道格局、景观系统与空间设施系统的规划遗产空间结构类型，并全面揭示其价值特征，提出规划遗产保护的总体路线与全局性策略，以推动规划遗产保护传承的实践与理论构建。

Planning heritage provides an innovative approach for the overall conservation of cities, and comprehensively explores and inherits the wisdom of historical planning. Taking the street space in the core urban area of Qingdao during the German lease period as an example, based on the review of the construction process, this paper reveals the influencing factors of street planning heritage, defines the planning heritage spatial structure types of overall layout, landscape system and facility system, and fully reveals their value characteristics, then proposes the overall route and global strategy for planning heritage conservation, and promotes the practical and theoretical construction of planning heritage conservation and inheritance.
