摘要:
保护传承城市历史文化遗产就是保护传承城市历史文脉。习近平关于城市历史文化遗产保护传承重要论述的丰富内涵主要包括其对保护传承的“目标、原则、理念、价值、要求、保障”等方面的全方位系统化阐释，构成了完整的理论进路，呈现出人民性、传承性、实践性、开放性的理论特质。其价值意蕴在理论上深化了党对新时代城市历史文化遗产保护传承的规律性认识，在实践上为延续城市历史文脉、增强文化自信提供了方向指引，在国际上以城市历史文化遗产保护传承的中国样本为世界贡献了中国智慧。
Abstract:
The protection and inheritance of urban historical and cultural heritage essentially entail the preservation and continuation of a city’s historical and cultural lineage. Xi Jinping’s important expositions on this subject encompass a comprehensive and systematic elaboration of its goals, principles, concepts, values, requirements, and guarantees. Together, these elements constitute a coherent theoretical framework characterized by people-centeredness, continuity, practicality, and openness. The significance of this theoretical framework lies in its deepening of the Party’s understanding of the underlying principles governing the protection and inheritance of urban historical and cultural heritage in the new era. Practically, it provides directional guidance for preserving urban historical continuity and strengthening cultural confidence. Internationally, it offers Chinese wisdom and a Chinese model for global heritage conservation efforts.
